Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party nominated by you) take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your order by making a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel your order, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a more expensive delivery method than our standard option). We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation to us. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

The goods must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact. If the goods show signs of wear or damage due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, we may deduct an amount from your refund.

Exclusions

The right to cancel does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalised goods.
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
